Patients on Medicare part B only, commercial and advantage plans for Aetna, Maine Community Health Options, Martins Point, Cigna may submit request for appointment. Please check with your insurance if referral is required.
Self-pay option is available.

1) Reason for referral with supported documentation (pertinent office visit note).
2) Urgency (routine vs urgent). Call or text to discuss case with Dr Vradii to 207-578-6608 for urgent referrals.
3) Include pertinent laboratory and imaging reports.
4) Include orthopedic notes if pertinent.
5) Include synovial fluid analysis report if present.
6) DO NOT order additional serologic markers.

Yes (unless telehealth policy changes). First appointment/evaluation is preferred to be completed in person.

Fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion. If you have been evaluated by a rheumatologist in the past, Dr. Vradii would defer further care to your primary care provider. If you have not been seen by a rheumatologist, Dr. Vradii will see you to evaluate and rule out other causes of your symptoms.

No. Dr. Vradii will prescribe and manage infusion medications at the location of your choice.

Yes! If and when indicated Dr. Vradii will perform steroid (cortisone) joint injections.
Dr. Vradii does not offer PRP or viscosupplementation injections.
Dr. Vradii does not perform spine injections or procedures.
